Beijing Tahoe Jinfu Courtyard is located in Xihongmen, Fengtai, Beijing. It was built by Beijing Qiaoxi Investment Co., Ltd. with a total construction area of 239,400 square meters, a total floor area of 90,000 square meters, and a total of 416 houses. The community property company is Beijing Tahoe Zhongwei Property Management MANAGEMENT LIMITED.

This project is mainly to install a monitoring system for the construction site of Tahoe Jinfu Compound to ensure that the construction party can timely and effectively grasp the dynamic situation of the on-site construction and provide greater safety guarantee for the construction site.

client needs

1. Monitor and record construction site operation information in real time, effectively supervise the use of tower cranes, and prevent and reduce safety accidents.

2. Track and view active personnel on the construction site, provide high-definition images to distinguish the characteristics of suspicious personnel, prevent dangerous accidents and illegal theft, and avoid material losses.

3. There are a total of 12 tower cranes on site, and multiple points at each construction site need to be video monitored and data transmitted via wireless.

4. Ensure clear images, no delay, and no compression loss.

5. There are many 2.4G signals around, so interference needs to be avoided.

6. Transmission equipment should support PoE power supply to facilitate access to power in outdoor environments and meet flexible distribution requirements.

7. It requires simple installation and configuration, cost saving and high performance.

8. Tower cranes are generally taller. They are prone to lightning strikes during thunderstorms and the equipment is easily burned out. They need to meet the harsh outdoor use environment and meet certain lightning protection, waterproof and dustproof levels.
